Leo (July 22 – August ): Mars and Jupiter have your back these next two months, spurring you on to ever greater triumphs, big and small. For those of you with birthdays this month, explore new business opportunities. The credit department of the celestial banking system has a deal for you!

Virgo (August 23 – September 22): While Mercury, your ruling planet, comes home the end of August, it has little effect on the course of events for you. Saturn retrograde firmly anchors you to past history and old ways of doing things. You have on blinders, and change upsets you; or you’re just a bit addled, and you’re wandering around with your night mask on.

Libra (September 23 – October 22): Unlike the Virgos, communication and intention are fairly seamless for you this season. Saturn retrograde acts more as an anchor than a dead weight for you, and Venus, your ruler makes every day seem a little more special. You get to find joy in even the simplest of things, goody, goody.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21): August will just be a chore for you, all planetary sharp elbows poking you in the ribs, Venus being square your Moon directing this gauntlet of glancing blows, all to keep you in check. These annoyances help to keep you in top form running up to September 3rd, when the day is yours to command, being so well-prepared.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 20): Your Moon this August, being so chummy with Venus and Jupiter, makes you an easy touch; any demand on time or request for money seem reasonable to you. This generous nature works against you in September, when most every planet is square to your Moon. Time to pay the piper. Hope you have something put aside for a rainy day.

Capricorn (December 21- January 19): Your Moon transits your ruling planet, Saturn, both in August and September, which can bind you into untenable situations, or be the most perfect fortification to operate from. If you choose the latter course, the beginning of September allows you to stay on the offensive and to eliminate all opposition.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 19): It’s strange, how almost everyone’s charts are dominated by Venus, Saturn and Jupiter this season. You are no exception. In your case, they support your aspirations in September, having tamped them down in August. Try to bide your time, rest up and run the race better than most, when they come to your aid in September.

Pisces (February 18 -March 19): The Full Moon in August holds no love for you, nor you for it; expect a bit of teeth gnashing over not getting your way. New dreams provide you with a different path to satisfaction, in a small measure, just before the Full Moon in September. You may not feel that it’s an ample reward for what you’ve been through, but there it is.

Aries (March 20 – April 19): August provides a few speed bumps, but you just leap over them, with vigor to spare. You’re not so fortunate in September though; the full Harvest Moon drains off your gumption, leaving you in a sweaty heap by the roadside; yes, you are a hot mess.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20): This cycle finds you in an excellent position for happiness to come your way, the inner planets and your Moon form a very chummy clique. Fortunately, this alliance allows everyone in, not just the cool kids, and the support allows you to strike out in new directions, come September 18th.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20): You’re taking it slow, whether you like it or not; while the race is not completed, you are running on fumes, weighted down by your Moon being Square the Sun, Venus and Mars. You need to change your regimen, diet and should probably plan on napping often.

Cancer (June 21 – July 21): August finds you in a pretty perky state; it’s particularly nice that your Moon is playing so well with Uranus and Venus. While Saturn holds you back, you’re enjoying the view right where you are. September brings back your changeable moods, the Autumn Equinox has you all revved up with nowhere to go, and nowhere to direct your affections (or are they affectations, it’s difficult to discern).
