Sagittarius (Nov 22-Dec 21): All the major holidays are during a Sagittarius Moon this time around, so for you, expectations run high, too high. You’re the Dr. Denton-clad tot, running amok in the house, pulling the dog’s tail and knocking over the buffet. You’re going to have a time out in the corner if you don’t check yourself.
Capricorn (Dec 22-Jan 19): Saturn, your ruling planet, doesn’t have much effect on you this cycle. It serves to keep you in check, generally, but Mercury and Uranus act as your bad elves, goading you on to repeat louder and more stridently the notions in your head. This does not have the effect you hope for, and you may find coal in your stocking.
Aquarius (Jan 20-Feb 18): Pay attention to your Capricorn buddies, and profit from their mistakes. You have a certain clarity surrounding you this holiday season, Saturn gives you focus. Take advantage of this, stay on track, and lift up others.
Pisces (Feb 19-Mar 20): In general, you’re more on the nice than the naughty list these next two months. If in a creative field, your work should take on an additional luster at this juncture. Venus and Saturn being at odds with your Moon can lead to disastrous romantic minglings, however.
Aries (Mar 21-Apr 20): In the run-up to Yule, your planetary support staff has you going full steam ahead, heedless of those you are jostling, very much a high school jock (not in a good way, hint hint). Let’s just see how endearing it has made you when you need aid and comfort in January, shall we? Try to dial it back a bit.
Taurus (Apr 21-May 20): Your progress through the holiday season may be marked by low energy, due to your Moon being square both Venus and Mars…but from your stately divan on which you languish, enjoyment can be had, and January should see you romping like a school kid once again.
Gemini (May 21-Jun 21): While the Full Moon in December belongs to you, it serves to heap other’s troubles on your doorstep, the unwanted foundlings of their carelessness. Don’t feel the need to take them all in and treat them as your own. Social services can’t help. You need to march them back to their rightful homes.
Cancer (Jun 22-Jul 22): The high hopes and bright aspirations that manifest in mid-December for you, while not illusions, may require more single-minded focus to attain than you can provide. Everyone wants the puppy, but who’s going to take care of it? If you truly want “it,” own it, no half measures, please.
Leo (Jul 23-Aug 22): As we approach the Winter Solstice, it’s the small gestures and thoughtful responses that bring admiration (and no small self-satisfaction). Such is your lot my dear. Jupiter heaps accolades and duty around you in many bundles, and it falls to you to distribute those in equal measure to others. Pace yourself, as January can bring more fragile health.
Virgo (Aug 23-Sep 22): Mercury goes retrograde on your watch in December, thanks heaps. It also leads to a more scaled back, more delicate you. It might be better to allow some control to pass from your grasp to others, so that you can keep yourself in good shape, rather than being the only one who can run the phone tree, or the world.
Libra (Sep 23-Oct 22): The Moon is yours on the Winter Solstice. While the first part of December may seem to lack color for you, this fact should perk you right up and make the season bright. Enjoy the second half of December, as I foresee roadblock and impediments cropping up in January.
Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 21): The holidays are a tonic for you, and this time around, you are all fire and music, raring to go. You have energy to spare, and to aid others with nary a care. It is an odd position for Scorpios to be in, but there you are.
