Leo (July 23-August 22): There should be a flurry of positive developments towards the end of August for you; things in development show that they are jelling nicely due to your action. This turn towards fortune’s favor continues through to the Autumnal Equinox, but to be sustainable, requires your single-mindedness to be increased.
Virgo (August 23-September 22): The New Moon, in both August and September, are in your sign; a bit greedy, if you ask me. Things run to perfection in August, but it seems that September wants to cut you down to size, you having the propensity to overreach. You can’t take the entire world, just bits.
Libra (September 23-October22): Venus, your ruling planet, and Jupiter, moving retrograde, have persistent interactions, to the detriment of your easy passage through the start of Autumn. Frankly, your love life, or the things you love, come close, then are snatched away. But the frustrations don’t hinder the pursuit.
Scorpio (October 23-November 21): Mind your ego, the start of August, and stick to your lane; if you step out of bounds, Saturn retrograde will shove back with more force than even you might overcome. Difficult, as your Mars wants nothing more than to tussle, alas. It seems you’ll work better, within bounds, as September ends.
Sagittarius (November 22-December 22): The sort of rough patch confronting Scorpios this season is squaring off against you as well, but your ruling planet, Jupiter, even though retrograde, makes an ideal advocate for you. Expect unexpected aid, windfalls, and recognition just when you feel mired down.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19): Saturn being retrograde has little negative effect on your sign; rather, it serves to focus your attention. Going your own way in August means facing some less pleasant truths, but these can be surmounted to the tiny voice Uranus provides, saying, “follow your deep instincts.”
Aquarius (January 20-February 18): Your sign’s ruler, Uranus, is square the Full Moon and the Sun in August, which can easily send you off on the path of unbridled excess, heeding no one’s cautions. I suppose steam needed to be released. The same rebel continues in September, but at least with an objective.
Pisces (February 19-March 20): Seems it’s past time to create a comprehensive financial plan, and August 14th seems to be your day to grow up and evaluate. It will make you seem too serious to friends (the effort, that is), but no matter. By the Full September Moon, you’ll feel more secure than you have in years.
Aries (March 21-April 20): Aspirations get quite inflated, for you, as summer passes through August. The question is, how much of is just hot air that you’re feeding yourself? You certainly can’t articulate or sell the rationale to others. You’ll be more persuasive in September, dialing it back.
Taurus (April 21-May20): While your Venus guides your more generous nature, Saturn has you working harder to assist others in the way you might see fit. Don’t lose sleep over not being able to do for others; this is a time to attend to your own needs.
Gemini (May 21-June 20): A new clarity about what needs be done comes to you in August; within your own social circle, the role of rule setter, organizer, comes more easily. If attended to with care, your clear-headedness pays dividends mid-September. Don’t think of this as an HR job, however.
Cancer (June 21-July 22): It may sound boring, but you are tasked with attending to the run of the mill, mundane round of activities. Not much fun, I realize, but entropy seems focused on your sign more than others. Neglecting the routine can allow situations to become much more unstable.
