My Stars: The LGBT horoscope for February and March 2019 by Madame Zzaj, the Romanian Queen of all Queens
Aquarius (Jan 20-Feb 18): While you may find yourself laid low as we move into Candlemas/Groundhog Day, feeling weaker than usual, things are looking up with the New Moon February 4th, in Aquarius; you should feel more appreciated, and the respect for what you do should pay actual dividends. All the fortune that Jupiter can bestow is yours for the taking these next two months
Pisces (Feb 19-Mar 20): Fortune smiles upon you as we march towards Spring. Neptune, your ruling planet, assists in new concepts and notions flowing your way, while Saturn in relation to your Moon lends a hand to keep you on track. Speaking of March, the New Moon, and Ash Wednesday, would be an ideal time for you to shop around what you’re working on, whether a business plan, or something more personal.
Aries (Mar 21-Apr 20): There’s a mixed bag waiting for you, as the daylight hours grow longer. Mercury and Uranus support you talking a good game, but you won’t find satisfaction in the reaction of others, or the results they will admit to you achieving. The planets in March continue to bolster your verbal dexterity, and progress can be made, but still, others will not simply roll over for you. Be happy with what gains you can make.
Taurus (Apr 21-May 20): A new direction appears while the Moon is in your sign in February, giving you a few days of an almost laser-like focus on whatever concerns you the most; pick a planet at random, and it is well-disposed to your Moon’s passage through the sky. This sets you up for an even better March, as your intentions pick up momentum; if this is a race, the aspects in your chart provide a great support staff as you head towards the finish.
Gemini (May 21-June 21): Winter’s end seems to have caught you off-balance, and difficulties abound in the attempts to right yourself. Around Valentine’s Day, Mars is conjunct Uranus, while your Moon is square Mercury, which just makes you more shrill, and more wrong. You should simply be attentive. By mid-March, you can walk back some of the damage to how you are perceived, but it’s a hard road.
Cancer (June 22-July 22): Unlike your Gemini friends, there is a clarity and measured rightness to the way you express yourself, but it’s frustrating being a Cassandra, speaking truth to those who are, at best, disinterested. You’re trapped on the wrong side of a barrier formed by your Moon being in opposition to Venus and Saturn in February, so others show little respect, while in March, Mercury and your Moon sit in malign positions to Jupiter, further hindering you attempts to speak sense to those with power over you.
Leo (July 23-Aug 22): Just before the Full Moon on President’s Day, a new clarity clicks into place for you; the Sun is sextile Uranus, while Venus is conjunct Saturn, making any task you approach seem a piece of cake; competency is your new watchword. This momentum will falter a bit around St. Patrick’s Day, with your Moon in opposition to Saturn and square Uranus, but Mars and Mercury run interference for you, allowing you to explain your way around almost any impediment.
Virgo (Aug 23-Sept 22): The Full Moon in February gives an added boost to your confidence and competence, if such a thing is possible; this can result in you taking on even more tasks, feeling omniscient as you do. This makes you forget that there are only so many hours in the day, and not all of them can be devoted to crisis management. March finds you toiling away to honor the promises made, near exhaustion, but pleased with the recognition for you work.
Libra (Sept 23-Oct 22): The depths of winter find you a bit aimless, adrift, unsatisfied, as your Moon squares too many planets for you to make headway. However, the Full Moon in March, the first day of Spring, is yours, and provides just enough hope for you to soldier on; mercury being sextile Saturn provides you with much needed structure.
Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 21): Like many signs this time of year, the planets and your Moon do not provide for ease and satisfaction. However, the end of February does allow for a creative project to generate some income. The same pattern holds true for March, first increasing disillusion, then providing for a breakthrough.
Sagittarius (Nov 22-Dec 21): Though circumstances don’t much change, your Moon sitting favorably to mercury, Venus and Jupiter (while the Sun is sextile Mars) does wonders to lighten your mood. Things continue much the same in March, as you no longer feel you are dragged down by circumstances beyond your control.
Capricorn (Dec 22-Jan 19): The first prize goes to you this cycle, your Moon being well-placed to Uranus, Mars, and the Sun. This makes it easier for you to know your own mind, more than those born under other signs, and you will act accordingly. Tasks seem effortless, and in March, your Moon and Venus do a lovely dance, which allows you to delight in most things.
