This amazing, one-man tour de force challenges its star both physically and mentally. For an uninterrupted hour and forty minutes his narration must flow without the aid of co-performers or even a place on the bare stage to hide a cheat-sheet. Stephen Spinella met this challenge in a way that brought the packed house to its feet for a thunderous and protracted standing ovation – recognition that was well deserved.
