With Prop 8 Ruling waiting in the wings, DOMA ruled unconstitutional by Federal Judge

Yesterday, a Federal judge in Boston ruled that the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) violates the Fifth and Tenth amendments to the US Constitution. (Commonwealth of Massachusetts vs. Health and Human Services; and Gill vs. Office of Personnel Management.)
