A police wiretap has exposed a prostitution ring at the Vatican in Rome. A long time choir singer (Ehiem) is alleged to have secured sex with seminarians, male members of the choir and undocumented immigrants seeking residency status for a (Balducci) Papal Gentlemen. Balducci was among four people arrested on corruption charges last month. The prostitution allegations emerged after his arrest, and became public knowledge when an Italian newspaper published excerpts of police wiretaps of Balducci’s phone.
