Noel Robichaux and Peter Casbar, a young gay couple had spent July 22 working on their home and just wanted some quick food. What they got was a nightmare. And last month, a grand jury in Hudson County handed down an indictment of two men that caused the nightmare. The two were employees of the Burger King on 3501 Bergenline Avenue in Union City. They are charged with committing a vicious anti-gay beating of the couple. The indictment, charges the employees in six counts, the most serious being a first-degree hate crime. The other counts include second- and third-degree aggravated assault.
