Anthony Sawicki is the lead correspondent for Under the Pink Carpet, a gay entertainment news show that airs on PBS and streams on the Internet. In addition to his duties as lead correspondent, Sawicki directs, produces and writes the show and still somehow finds time to work as a physical therapist. Principal filming takes place in New York City with all phases of post-production taking place at Sawicki’s home in Sussex County, New Jersey with the help of his independent production company, Underdog Productions, Inc. I had the opportunity to talk to him about his fabulous show.
