Capturing the Black experience across time – a social commentary.
When laughter is shared, while it increases air into the lungs and relaxes facial muscles, inhibitions are released and bonds are created or strengthened. Almost 80 people laughing at the same time, were sharing in a single experience, at the opening night on Thursday, Oct 7 at the South Oxford Space in Brooklyn of the ActNow Foundation’s production of George C. Wolfe’s “The Colored Museum”, which ran until Oct 9.
