Resorts in Atlantic City opens the first ever gay club on a casino property

Club Prohibition is located on the 13th Floor of the Ocean Tower at Resorts in AC and is open every Thursday through Sunday from 6 pm to 3 am. Featuring a dance floor, DJ’s and regular entertainment, Prohibition hopes to  be one of a the gayest destinations in Atlantic City for locals and visitors alike. It featurs a lounge atmosphere and has a small plates menu when it opens and it transitions into a dance club in the evening.

Prohibition opened on May 5 and featured DJ Jimmy DePre, DJ Zathan Radix and DJ Kevin Madore. Ballesteros says Prohibition will feature a regular line up of the top DJ’s and entertainment nightly plus the hottest dancers will keep the energy high all night long.

Behind the bar, Prohibition mixologists will be serving up the coolest drinks in the hottest setting he said. Prohibition will also be open before and after “Believe – Divas In A Man’s World” shows in the Screening Room to enjoy drinks and entertainment.

Prohibition will have a cover charge after 10 pm which will be waived for Resorts player’s club members. It’s free to join the Resorts Players club. To sign up, visit the promotions booth located on the Resorts casino floor. You must be 21 to join the club.
