An Interview with Alex McCord from Real Housewives’ on her book “Little Kids, Big City”
Your book, “Little Kids, Big City” is a huge hit. What inspired you to write a manual for parents with kids in urban areas?
We began writing stories in 2004 about the experiences we had with pregnancy, birth & raising children – initially just as a family project to share with the children as they grew. Once we were on “Housewives” a literary agent approached us because he liked the style of writing in our blogs for BravoTV.com, & wondered what we’d write about should we choose to write a book. We told him we already had four years of material ready to go!
