Garden State Equality (GSE) says it is offering a $2,000 reward for any information leading to the arrests of any of the two suspects in Victoria Carmen White’s murder in September. This was announced as the Acting Essex County Prosecutor Robert Laurino on Thursday said there was an arrest of a suspect in the March 15, 2010 slaying of Arthur Downey.
