“Out and About for Business” networking event in Lambertville Station

NJ LGBT Chamber of Commerce and New Hope Celebrates are co-hosts for Lambertville event

The Delaware River Towns Chamber of Commerce, the NJ LGBT Chamber of Commerce, New Hope Celebrates, New Jersey Tourism Industry Association and the Philadelphia Independence Business Alliance is sponsoring “Out and About for Business,” a networking event focused on engaging professionals, business owners, and corporate partners who support business development and growth within the LGBT community.

The event will be on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, 6:30-8:30 pm at Lambertville Station, River’s Edge Room, 11 Bridge Street, Lambertville, NJ.

Mark Segal is an award-winning commentator in LGBT media. His best-selling memoir And Then I Danced: Traveling the Road to LGBT Equality is a National Lesbian and Gay Journalist’s Association Book of the Year.

Referred to as the dean of American gay journalism, and respected by his peers for pioneering the idea of local LGBT newspapers, he is one of the founders and former president of The National Gay Press Association and the National Gay Newspaper Guild.

Segal has made an indelible impact on the advancement of LGBT rights nationwide and internationally. He is the president of the National Gay Newspaper Guild and the founder and publisher of Philadelphia Gay News.
