With the latest election results—now more than ever we need to uphold gay values. Right after the bicoastal world premiere red carpet screenings in Orlando and Burbank, the long-anticipated sequel of the groundbreaking, lighthearted superhero comedy Surge of Power: Revenge of the Sequel, is coming to New Jersey.
Surge of Power: Revenge of the Sequel will screen at New Jersey Comic Expo and the writer/ producer/ lead character, Vincent J. Roth, will be in attendance.
The New Jersey screening will be on Saturday, November 19 at 4:30 pm as a featured event at the New Jersey Comic Expo at the New Jersey Convention Center, 97 Sunfield Avenue in Edison in the Fortress (Junior Ballroom).
The movie’s producer, Vincent J. Roth, describes the movie as both quality and fun entertainment with a clear message. “It’s been 10 years since the first Surge of Power movie was released, yet there still hasn’t been another openly gay superhero on the big screen. As a filmmaker, I am compelled to present our genuinely groundbreaking characters and the fun world we created to a mainstream audience again and I am delighted at how public audiences are receiving the sequel.”
The movie’s inspirational tagline, “Make a Difference Where You Can” is the moral of the story, but to get there, a lot of evil and skullduggery must be dealt with heroically and humorously.
