An anti-bullying law won in the State Senate by a 30 to 0 vote, with the Assembly approving the bill 72 to 1, and it now awaits Governor Chris Christie’s signature. The new bill eliminates the vagueness and loopholes that weaken the anti-bullying laws of the other 45 states which have them.
