The Division of HIV/AIDS Services been reduced in staffing. What is being done to ensure adequate funding for AIDS programming?
Governor Corzine: The nationwide economic recession made the reduction of the state payroll across the board a difficult but necessary measure. It has forced us to do more with less, but we have not lost sight of our top priorities.
