Konica-Minolta has terminated the Domestic Partner health insurance of a 9/11 survivor after the couple moved out of New Jersey to Idaho. The New Jersey based company says that is the companies policy. When a domestic partner couple moves to another state they must re-register in a DP in the new state of residence. But the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) points out that many states have no way for same-sex partners to do so.
