Fashion Victims is a delightful movie. With elements of both romance and farce and tight timing that make both work, this German film with very readable sub-titles takes us through a catastrophic few days in the life of middle aged ladies fashion house rep, Wolfgang Zenker. Poor Wolf! He’s just trying to make a living and support a wife who is being chased by a tank-like lesbian who owns the guest house nearby and an about-to-enter college son who is obsessed with his own wants. Wolf lost his driver’s license, is over his head with payments on the new car and is behind on his taxes. Meanwhile, his company has introduced a new line of hip, fresh styles he hates.
