A day of health and wellness-focused on preventive care service and health-related information for the LGBTQ community in a safe, culturally sensitive environment.
Event/Program Details:
10:30 AM: Early registration & start of health screenings
10:30 – 1:00: Health screenings, including blood pressure, glucose, HIV testing, etc.
11:00 – 1:00: Health and wellness information tables by providers and vendors “De-stress for health” opportunities (massage, yoga, nutrition, skincare, make-up, etc.)
1:00 – 2:00: Interactive panel discussion– Health awareness & services for the LGBTQ Community with Q & A. (Box lunch provided to attendees)
2:00: Grand prize raffle drawing** and Wellness Fair close
- Free admission (advanced registration requested)
- Free food and refreshments
- Vendor giveaways and prize drawings – with completed “Passport to Health” punch card
