Focused on providing social and emotional support through the use of therapeutic movement to foster healing, wellness, and community building. The group will incorporate social connection, accessible movement and dance, grounding, mindfulness, and body/mind awareness. Facilitated by a dance/movement therapy and clinical mental health counseling graduate from Rider University.
