Online Event: Cut the Clutter: Create A Capability Statement

October 13, 2020 – 2:00PM to 3:00PM

Does your business have a Resume?  It’s what you need.

This is the first session of the Chamber’s three-part series on doing business with Horizon BCBSNJ.  You’ll learn the first step to preparing yourself for engaging Fortune 1000 companies: creating that Capability Statement.

In this 30-minute session, learn what a Capability Statement is (and its importance) and gain practical tips for how to create and leverage your company’s personal statement.

You’ll walk away from this session with fresh ideas and tangible examples of what works well (and what doesn’t) when creating this useful one-sheet overview of your business.

Hootology is our presenting company, a modernized market research agency that believes in radically open-minded research for smarter business decision making.  Their team has experience working with one-third of the Fortune 100 brands, and relish the opportunity to help clients make big decisions using the proven power of AI, Biometrics, Experiential Qual and so much more.

Our Presenters

Jose Delgado, VP, Partner Success

Jose is passionate about people, and as Hootology’s Vice President, Partner Success and resident relationship whisperer (aka the guy you can call at any time with any question), he relishes the opportunity each day to get to know their clients on a deeper level and to help them uncover and address their meatiest business issues.  Outside of Hootology, Jose is a strength and conditioning coach and a competitive runner.

Shaelyn McCole, Data Storyteller

During her 13-year global market research career, Shaelyn has established herself as an impassioned and experienced data storyteller.  Shaelyn’s experience provides a rare understanding of analytics and data, paired with an artistic eye toward graphic design, which results in client deliverables that are both visually compelling and conceptually understandable.  When she’s not at her laptop, Shaelyn is often teaching anatomy and myofascial release or leading an International yoga retreat.
