In this hands-on workshop, participants will create their own custom essential oil roller blend for relaxation, grounding, focus, or energy. They will briefly explore the benefits of several essential oils and how aromatherapy can support daily wellness rituals. Participants will intuitively choose oils that resonate with them and blend them into a nourishing carrier oil. Each person will leave with a personalized roller bottle they can use as part of their self-care routine. This class is beginner-friendly that encourages creativity and intention.
