Amazing Me Yoga and Mediation

This Basic Yoga Class has amazing rewards and is perfect for beginners and beyond. You will learn to link movement and breath to create a healing transformation. You will gain the necessary tools to create self awareness, calm anxiety, manage stress, cultivate acceptance, and love for yourself and others.
*Open to anyone in the LGBT community
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, small pillow and blanket.
