David Boies – Progressive Litigator, fights in court to overturn Prop 8

As one of my friends put it, David Boies is the most famous, progressive litigator in American History. Mr. Boies has been named, “Lawyer of the Year,” “Person of the Year,” and “Commercial Litigator of the Year,” and most recently, “Time Magazines 100 most influential in 2010,” and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. David Boies is also one half of the dynamic duo that is fighting to overturn Proposition 8.
