The latest track from Kimberly Davis is hot on the charts

Kimberly Davis "With You"Not since the heyday of Deborah Cox in the mid 90's has a voice hit the dance floor (and charts) like Kimberly Davis'. Her latest track, "With You" has scorched the dance charts and her time on the stage with the legendary Nile Rodgers and Chic is turning her into dance floor royalty. Kimberly spoke recently about the whirlwind since "With You" was released and her performance at the Grammy after-party, and who made her absolutely starstruck!

Season Two of “The Real Housewives of Miami” brings the heat

Real Housewives Of Miami Season 2 CastRight off the bat, let me clear something up: This season of "The Real Housewives Of Miami" is nothing like the first season (which incidentally was scheduled to be a different kind of Miami reality show and morphed into a part of the "Housewives" franchise). There have been casting changes with the Larsa Pippen and Christy Rice being removed from the cast (much more suited for "Basketball Wives") and replaced with several new Housewives, including model and "Dancing With The Stars" alum Joanna Krupa (more on that later).

Aiden Leslie says it is rough for male vocalists in the...

Aiden LeslieAiden, thanks for taking the time to speak with me. Like me, you're a child of some legendary New York City places; Palladium, Roxy, & Twilo. What do you miss the most about those times?

Those were my training grounds, where I became inspired; where I found myself; The clubs, the DJ's, the nightlife, it was all amazing. Personally, I don't miss it that much really. New York City was very different then. Everything changes. Everything moves on.

Washington’s San Juan Islands

Out of Town:

It's amazing how easily you can feel completely removed from crowds, urbanity, and the busy pace of modern life, even when you're within 50 miles of several major cities. A nice case in point is the San Juan Islands, a blissfully tranquil and picturesque archipelago in northern Puget Sound that's just 65 miles north of Seattle, 40 miles south of Vancouver, and 10 miles east of British Columbia's capital city, Victoria.

“Well Strung” will be appearing at Bucks County Playhouse on Saturday

I was instructed to dial a 213 area code at 11 am, input my access code, and I would be connected to the conference call. Christopher Marchant was joined by Mark Cortale, Well Strung's producer/ manager/ co-writer, to speak with me. Three of the quartet members were not available I was told. I asked if it really was early in Los Angeles. It was explained to me that they weren't anywhere near area code 213, which is Los Angeles, so it wasn't 8 am. Rather, the quartet had just performed the previous evening in Provincetown, their final show of their run.

Using water in your magical work

Out of the Broomcloset:

Our culture certainly has embraced the notion that water from different places is imbued with differing properties, and that somehow the water from “there” is somehow better than from where one resides. The quality and purity of local supplies is, for a growing percentage of the public, suspect. The more rational solution would be to prohibit homes and industry encroaching on properties set aside as watersheds, and for municipalities to invest in better filtration systems which remove hormones and other pharmaceuticals which we, the public, excrete into the water supply daily. But no, glacier melt or water from Pacific Islands seems to hold greater appeal.

We may see things change for the better on “Real Housewives...

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice has been a breakout star of the show since the show premiered five years ago. After a couple of rough seasons with family fighting and drama front and center, this season, we may see things change for the better and see some goold old fashioned fun. Here, Teresa talks to Entertainment Editor Cookie about the new season of  "Housewives", her new cookbook "Fabulicious On The Grill" and who she would want to join the show as castmembers.

My Stars August September 2011

earthPisces (Feb 19-Mar 20): Your empathetic nature kicks into overdrive mid-August; yes, you are indeed reading minds and peering into the future. Talk about intuition! This should allow you to easily jump ahead of the competition, whatever your endeavors.

My Stars April 2011

earthAries (Mar21-Apr20): You might want to ease up on the gas pedal, or better yet, turn off the engine, get out of your vehicle, and stretch.  While things are moving along satisfactorily, Saturn makes even your most notable achievements a burden.  What good is success if it makes you miserable?
