Atlantic City is giving itself a little more shine. Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa reported that they are spending $14 million dollars in a complete remake of their vast lobby and over 300 hundred hotel suites. It has been a summer full of renovation for the property.
Earlier this summer, Borgata announced the opening of the Moneyline Bar & Book sports betting lounge, and it’s associated Level One Cocktail Bar & Lounge. The renovation is evident from the moment you hit the doors at Borgata. The hotel’s lobby is getting a new bar and VIP check-in. The 312 roomn suites are being renovated, with that work to be completed by early 2020. The renovation on the lobby is going to include details like coffee service, a tapas and cocktail menu, and three large-screen televisions. Weekends will include a piano bar.
Borgata President Marcus Glover said, “By enriching our hotel product, we are ensuring each guest enjoys an optimal Borgata experience that begins as soon as they walk through the door.”
These enhancements are sure to continue to attract an upscale customer. The Borgata has always welcomed the LGBTQ community. They crafted the OUT At Borgata program solely for the LGBTQ community.
For many years Borgata hosted the Miss’d America pageant . With OUT At Borgata they hosted LGBTQ themed events with Lady Gaga, Tony Bennet, Britney Spears, and Countess Luann. Borgata continues to show why they have earned the perfect score of 100 percent for three years on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index.
