Marriage inequality is ruled constitutional by court in Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico flagUS District Judge Juan Perez-Giminez ruled the Puerto Rican commonwealth's ban on same-sex marriage is constitutional. He dismissed a case brought by Lambda Legal on behalf of five same-sex couples and LGBT civil rights group Puerto Rico Para Todas.
